National School of Drama, Bengaluru Centre, Bengaluru in association with Kuvempu Bhasha Bharathi Pradhikara will host a tribute to Shri Girish Karnad – “Remembering Girish Karnad India’s Great Playwright. Cultural Voice and Fierce Defender of Democracy – Tribute”.

Close associates from Theatre and Cinema will share their experience with the departed soul and pay tribute.

Dr. K Marulasiddappa, G K Govinda Rao, Girish Kasaravalli, Dr. B Jayashree, Dr. Krishnamuirthy Hanuru, Jogi, Mamatha G Sagara, Sugatha Srinivasa Raju. Shrinivasa G Kappanna, Dr. Viajaya, K M Chaitanya, C K Gundanna and few others will be present during the condolence meet.
